Amazon Prime Video has released the official trailer for the upcoming slasher thriller series I Know What You Did Last Summer, based on Lois Duncan’s 1973 YA suspense novel and iconic horror film franchise. The series will be available for streaming on October 15, with the first four episodes, followed by new episodes available each subsequent Friday.
The I Know What You Did Last Summer trailer provides us a glimpse of the fateful night that changes the lives of a group of friends, who accidentally killed a person with their car. However, despite trying to cover up the mistake they did, it comes back to haunt each one of them in the form of an unknown serial killer, who somehow seems to know about the accident.

Amazon’s I Know What You Did Last Summer is a mystery thriller series is written and executive produced by Sara Goodman. It stars Madison Iseman (Jumanji: The Next Level), Bill Heck (I’m Your Woman), Brianne Tju (Light as a Feather), Ezekiel Goodman, Ashley Moore (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping), Sebastian Amoruso (Solve), Fiona Rene (Stumptown), Cassie Beck (Connecting), and Brooke Bloom (Homecoming).
“One year after the fatal car accident that haunted their graduation night, a group of teenagers find themselves bound together by a dark secret and stalked by a brutal killer,” reads the official synopsis. “As they try to piece together who’s after them, they reveal the dark side of their seemingly perfect town – and themselves. Everyone is hiding something, and uncovering the wrong secret could be deadly.”

I Know What You Did Last Summer is a co-production between Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television. It is executive produced by The Conjuring Universe creator James Wan, Michael Clear, and Rob Hackett, Craig William Macneill, and Shay Hatten for Atomic Monster, along with Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Erik Feig, and Peter Guber.
