Comedy Central has begun teasing its next big celebrity roast, with actor Alec Baldwin currently in the crosshairs. The Roast of Alec Baldwin doesn’t have a premiere date yet, but the teaser they just released promises it’ll happen this summer. You can check out the video in the post below!
“They say we’re our own worst critic, but I can’t find anything to criticize,” Baldwin says in the video, a delightful tease to the onslaught of slander he’ll receive from his fellow celebrity guests. Baldwin also released a statement on the upcoming roast. “Getting roasted will be the greatest honor of my lifetime besides being a father, a husband, hosting SNL seventeen times, receiving Golden Globes, Emmys, and working with Martin Scorsese.”

The upcoming Roast will be executive produced by Joel Gallen from Tenth Planet Productions. Gallen also served as Executive Producer and Director of the Comedy Central Roasts of Bruce Willis, Rob Lowe, Justin Bieber, James Franco, Charlie Sheen, and Donald Trump, as well as the Emmy-nominated Comedy Central Roast of William Shatner. Christian McLaughlin is the Executive in Charge of Production and Jordan Ellner is the Talent Producer for Comedy Central.
There’s no premiere date set, but The Roast of Alec Baldwin is expected to air sometime this summer.
