Netflix has released the official trailer for their upcoming Italian drama series Baby. The series follows the lives of high school bestfriends Chiara and Ludovica who rebel against their perfect lives in Parioli, Rome by involving themselves into a secret world of excitement and danger. Baby is a coming-of-age story that explores the unseen lives of Roman teenagers. It follows a group of teenagers as they defy society in their search for identity and independence against the backdrop of forbidden love, family pressures, and shared secrets. It will star Benedetta Porcaroli, Alice Pagani and Riccardo Mandolini.
The eight-episode series is loosely inspired by Rome teen prostitution scandal that happened in 2014 which involved two female high school students from wealthy families who were doing part-time prostitution in order to buy anything they want.

The show is produced by Rome-based Fabula Pictures with Nicola De Angelis heading the studio. All episodes of the debut season will premiere on November 30 at Netflix.
