Netflix has announced the release dates for the premieres of Love Is Blind Season 5 and Love Is Blind: After the Altar Season 4. The fifth season of Love Is Blind returns with its first batch of episodes on September 22, while Love Is Blind: After the Altar Season 4 arrives three weeks earlier on September 1.
Additionally, Netflix released the trailer for After the Altar Season 4, which reunites the “pod squad” from Love Is Blind Season 4. Watch the trailer below.
What to Expect in Love Is Blind Season 5 & After the Altar Season 4?
Love Is Blind Season 5 will release in four weekly installments. The first four episodes premiere on September 22, with the next three episodes airing on September 29. The eighth and ninth episodes arrive on October 6, and the Season 5 finale featuring the weddings will premiere on October 13. Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey return as hosts.
After the Altar Season 4 consists of three 40-minute episodes focusing on the singles and married couples from the previous season of Love Is Blind on their first anniversary.
“As the married couples raise a toast to their one-year anniversaries and the singles reflect on the past year, a plan is hatched to reunite the Pod Squad for a flag football celebration,” Netflix’s official synopsis reads. “However, the upcoming game and party promises unexpected surprises and twists leaving the fate of some relationships hanging in the balance. Will remaining tension be squashed? Have marriages and friendships grown together or grown apart?”
Love Is Blind is created by Chris Coelen and produced by Kinetic Content. Coelen, Nieshia Crawford, Heather Crowe, Eric Detwiler, and Ally Simpson serve as executive producers. Love Is Blind Seasons 1-4 are currently streaming on Netflix.
