Nathan Lane will not reprise his role as Teddy Dimas in Only Murders in the Building season 3. The actor revealed to Deadline that he would be unavailable to work on the Hulu comedy due to a scheduling conflict.
Lane appeared in seven episodes of Only Murders in the Building across its first two seasons. Dimas was initially introduced as a long-time friend of Oliver (Martin Short) who agrees to sponsor the central trio’s podcast. He won an Emmy for his performance, and was recently nominated for another.
