Published in May, the New York Times bestseller explores a world in which she doesn’t follow Bill Clinton back to Arkansas in the ’70s and, doubting the possible marriage after his multiple proposals, she breaks up with him and leaves the southern state, instead blazing her own trail over the next four decades and eventually crossing paths with him multiple times, raising questions in her mind about he tradeoffs people make in building a life.

If the streaming platform orders the project to series, it will be the second Hillary Clinton-focused title they have aired after the four-part docuseries Hillary, which originally premiered at the Sundance and Berlin International film festivals at the start of the year following its bow on Hulu on March 6, where it would earn critical acclaim.
