The CW Announces Summer 2020 Premiere Dates

With spring nearing its end, The CW has unveiled its calendar of premiere dates for its upcoming summer programming including new seasons of reality series Masters of Illusion and Penn & Teller: Fool Us, as well as new seasons of the long-running improv comedy Whose Line Is It Anyway?Bulletproof and Burden of Truth. Hosted by Dean Cain (Supergirl), Masters of Illusion features magic performed by on-the-rise illusionists, escape artists and performers in each episode displaying skills ranging from interactive mind games to hilarious comedy routines in front of a live audience. The series is executive produced by Associated Television International’s David McKenzie, Gay Blackstone and Al Schwartz, with Jim Romanovich acting as co-executive producer.

The upcoming third season of the Kristin Kreuk (Smallville)-led legal drama Burden of Truth sees her character Joanna Chang and Billy Crawford (Peter Mooney, Rookie Blue) becoming a couple and working at their new boutique law firm, Crawford Chang. But as their firm struggles financially, their relationship becomes strained as they both have one foot out the door ready to bolt and must come to terms with their fear of being vulnerable and in love. The series is produced by IFC Films and Eagle Vision Inc. with Ilana Frank, Adam Pettle, Jocelyn Hamilton, Linda Pope and Kreuk all executive producing.
