HBO Max’s Friends Reunion Special Delays Filming

According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO Max has decided to push back the filming for their highly-anticipated Friends reunion special which was originally scheduled to make its debut in May as a way to kick-start the new streaming service. The unscripted special was supposed to start its shooting within the next week on the iconic show’s original soundstage, Stage 24, on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank. The production delay is of course due to the ongoing global effort to prevent the COVID-19 cases from further increasing.
