HBO’s Silicon Valley Final Season Premiere Set for October

HBO has announced the premiere for the upcoming sixth and final season of their Emmy Award-winning comedy series Silicon Valley starring Thomas Middleditch (Zombieland: Double Tap) and Kumail Nanjiani (The Big SickThe Eternals). The 7-episode season is scheduled to premiere in October.

Silicon Valley takes a comic look at the modern-day epicenter of the high-tech gold rush, where the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success. A collaboration between Mike Judge and Alec Berg, Silicon Valley’s cast includes Thomas Middleditch, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr, Josh Brener, Amanda Crew, Matt Ross, Suzanne Cryer, and Jimmy O. Yang. Former star TJ Miller departed the series after the fourth season,

The series was created by Mike Judge & John Altschuler & Dave Krinsky; executive producers include Judge, Alec Berg, Michael Rotenberg, and Tom Lassally; co-executive producers, Jim Kleverweis, Clay Tarver, Dan O’Keefe, Jamie Babbit, Chris Provenzano, and Graham Wagner; supervising producers, Adam Countee, Carrie Kemper, and Aaron Zelman; consulting producer, Jonathan Dotan. Season five returned for its eight-episode season last March 25.
