Nora is Targeted in The Flash Episode 5.04 Promo

The CW has released the first promo for DC’s The Flash Season 5 Episode 4 titled “News Flash,” along with a handful of new pics. Check out the the video below along with episode photos in the gallery!

Brent Crowell directed the episode that was written by Kelly Wheeler and Lauren Certo. Its official synopsis reads: “NORA IS TARGETED BY A DANGEROUS META – Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) face the ultimate parenting test when Team Flash battles Spin (guest star Kiana Madeira), a savvy millennial armed with meta tech, and a dangerous agenda for their daughter, Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy). Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) is feeling defeated until an unlikely source issues a challenge to help boost his confidence.”

The Flash stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramo, Hartley Sawyer as Ralph Dibny, Jessica Parker Kennedy as Nora West-Allen aka the speedster hero XS, Danielle Nicolet as Cecile Horton with Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells, and Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West. Chris Klein (Election, Oz, American Pie) has joined the cast to play the new scourge of Central City, Cicada. A grizzled, blue-collar everyman whose family has been torn apart by metahumans, Cicada now seeks to exterminate the epidemic — one metahuman at a time.

Based on the characters from DC Comics, The Flash is from by Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Todd Helbing. Season 5 of The Flash airs every Tuesday on The CW.
