Fully Booked released episode 5 on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 6 p.m. ICT on GMMTV’s official YouTube channel. The Thai cooking reality show takes fans on an exciting journey along with GMMTV’s idols—Earth, Gun, Pond, Force, Book, and Dunk—as they open a Thai restaurant in Osaka, Japan.
Episode 5 of Fully Booked sees the idols gearing up for the second day at the restaurant. After learning from their mistakes from the previous day, the team is confident their second day will be better. Furthermore, Force jokes that they can become part-time actors and full-time chefs after the owner praises them and says they are good enough to open a restaurant. Despite some hiccups, the team showed fabulous teamwork on the previous day as they worked together.
Earth shares the main dishes menu for the second day: Pad Kaprao Moo Sap with a fried egg and Tom Yum Goong with minced pork omelette. He adds that the appetizers team’s Force will join the main course team to help with Kaprao Moo Sap. The team then heads to the cooking station to prepare the ingredients. After the positive outcome of the first day, the boys smoothly ease into their respective duties on day two.
The PD then explains the schedule for the second day, from welcoming the customers to serving the full-course meal. The team then starts allocating their duties. They collectively decide the main course will require more assistance as their menu differs from the day before.
The team then welcomes the customers for their third round of service. On day one, Book forgets to take the customers’ orders after the introduction and rushes to the kitchen. Nonetheless, Earth, Pond, and Book note the main dish choice orders. The team then serves the appetizers as they are quicker this time.

Later, Book starts to panic after seeing the vegetables are not well prepared. As the customer enjoy their food, Gun shares they reduced the amount of chilis in the Som Tam to suit the taste palate better. Meanwhile, Pond helps out with the orders after finishing with fried eggs.
Later, all six of them jump to help with the main course. However, the team starts looking for Pond after the latter exits the kitchen to entertain the customers. Nonetheless, Dunk helps to make the Tom Yum soup.
The pressure is on Earth and Book as they’re tasked to prepare several servings of Pad Kaprao. The two head out to introduce the main course dishes to guests while Force helps cook Pad Kaprao. Afterwards, the idols serve the dessert Bualoy and then greet the fans.
After completing the round, Book shares they were perhaps overconfident on their second day as he didn’t prepare enough side dish vegetables. They assume they perfectly delegate the work, and it would go easy. However, the team missed certain tasks while assigning duties.
The idols then welcome the customers for their final round, and the appetizer service goes smoothly. Later, Earth reduces the number from cooking 6 to 5 servings at a time so he doesn’t overuse his arms and exhaust himself. Therefore, the outcome is better this time. Notably, Earth and Book showcase a great partnership as the latter wipes sweat off the former’s face.
Afterwards, Dunk expresses his gratitude to fans for patiently waiting and cheering for them. The team greets the fans and thanks them for their support as they wrap up the final round. The happy customers then share their positive reviews.
