Episode 1 of Ploy’s Yearbook takes viewers to Nusornrangsan in 2008. On her way to class, Ploy Ploypang (Namtan Tipnaree Weerawatnodom) bumps into Thap (Earth Pirapat Watthanasetsiri), who is running away after getting caught smoking in school. Thap drags Ploy along, and they share a close moment while hiding from the teacher.
Afterward, school president Ploypang looks over students as their teacher runs later. Ploy Pandara (Film Rachanun Mahawan) then starts calling the former out for being a teacher-pleaser. But Ploy Padparadscha (Punpun Sutatta Udomsilp) interrupts her, and the two start bickering. Later, Padparadscha and Pandara face punishment for shouting in class.
In the present day, Ploypang struggles as she is forced to close her cafe and put it up for sale. Meanwhile, Paploy (Jamie Juthapich Indrajundra), despite being inexperienced at her job, is now the vice president of Make A House A Home. During a meeting, she meets Mek (Jimmy Jitaraphol Potiwihok) from high school, now the president of an agency.
Elsewhere, Ploypang meets the potential cafe buyer and finds out it’s Thap. When they were in school, the former had snitched on the latter as she told the teacher the cigarettes she found belonged to him. As they meet again, Thap reminds Ploypang of her dream of opening a gallery, which ended up being an unsuccessful cafe.
