It’s a quieter release week than most coming out of Memorial Day weekend, but May 31 still brings us some major titles. This week sees the arrival of Alex Proyas’ Gods of Egypt, which also arrives in a 3D version and as a Best Buy Exclusive Steelbook. We’ve even got a behind-the-scenes look at the film’s special features. Other recent big screen releases coming home May 31 include Burr Steers’ undead Jane Austen mashup Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the Jesse Owens biopic Race and John Hillcoat’s ensemble heist thriller Triple 9.

The Criterion Collection this week once again turns their attention to Wim Wenders, offering a box set of the acclaimed director’s Road Trilogy. It includes 1974’s Alice in the Cities, 1975’s Wrong Move and 1976’s Kings of the Road.

Blue Underground has a true cult classic gem with the first ever Blu-ray of director Piers Haggard’s 1981 hostage thriller/killer snake mashup, Venom.

On the small screen front, May 31 brings us, on DVD only, the fifth season of Suits, the complete Pokemon Johto Leaguu Champions and the first part of the third season of Cartoon Network‘s Teen Titans.

Titles available via Digital HD the week of May 31 include the indie comedy romance Hello, My Name is Doris, starring Sally Field, the Olympus Has Fallen sequel, London Has Fallen, the animated family feature Strawberry Shortcake: Campberry Stories, the fifth season of HBO‘s comedy Togetherness and the gun rights documentary Under the Gun.
