Hitting theaters this Friday, Love, Rosie offers a big screen adaptation of the bestselling novel “Where Rainbows End” by P.S. I Love You‘s Cecelia Ahern with Lily Collins (The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Mirror, Mirror) and Sam Claflin (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, The Hunger Games franchise) starring as two best friends who, over the course of 12 years, discover that finding love isn’t anywhere near as easy as one might think.
Since the moment they met at age five, Rosie (Collins) and Alex (Claflin) have been best friends, facing the highs and lows of growing up side by side. A fleeting shared moment, one missed opportunity, and the decisions that follow send their lives in completely different directions. As each navigates the complexities of life, love, and everything in between, they always find their way back to each other – but is it just friendship, or something more?
ComingSoon.net sat down with Claflin and Collins to discuss their approach to the characters, the film’s pop-infused soundtrack and the challenge of having their characters go through more than a decade of experiences in a single film. Check out the interviews in the player below and catch Love, Rosie in select theaters, On Demand and Digital HD this Friday, February 6.
