Universal Pictures has shared a brand new The Fall Guy video for its upcoming action comedy, starring Oscar nominees Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt.
The video unveils a behind-the-scenes look at the film’s thrilling and death-defying stunt sequences. It features director David Leitch and the main cast discussing what the movie means for the stunt community. The film is slated to arrive in theaters on May 3.
“He’s a stuntman, and like everyone in the stunt community, he gets blown up, shot, crashed, thrown through windows and dropped from the highest of heights, all for our entertainment,” the film’s synopsis reads. “And now, fresh off an almost career-ending accident, this working-class hero has to track down a missing movie star, solve a conspiracy and try to win back the love of his life while still doing his day job. What could possibly go right?”

Who’s involved in The Fall Guy?
Loosely based on the 1980s television series of the same name, The Fall Guy is directed and produced by David Leitch from screenplay written by Drew Pearce. The film also stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Winston Duke, Hannah Waddingham, and Stephanie Hsu. In addition to starring, Gosling is serving as a producer alongside Kelly McCormick and Guymon Casady, while Pearce, Geoff Shaevitz, and Glen A. Larson, who created the original Fall Guy series, serve as executive producers.
