ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive The Engineer clip from the Emile Hirsch-led action movie. The Lionsgate film is set to release digitally and through video-on-demand platforms on Friday, August 18.
What is The Engineer about?
“As Israel is rocked by a series of terrorist bombings, a U.S. senator’s daughter is killed in a bloody explosion,” reads the official synopsis for the film. “Now, ex-Mossad agent Etan (Hirsch) must lead an elite, covert team of agents and mercenaries to find the man responsible — the elusive ‘Engineer.’ Can they find and destroy the madman before more innocent lives are lost?”

The Engineer was directed by Danny A. Abeckaser and written by Abeckaser and Yoav Gross. The film stars Emile Hirsch, Tzahi Halevi, Danny A. Abeckaser, Angel Bonanni, Dan Mor, arden Toussia-Cohen, Oshri Cohen, Adam Haloon, Omer Hazan, and Lee Keinan.
