Written and directed by Reddick, the film follows Caitlin Kramer, a woman overcoming a tragic past, who is among several people who see a man being fatally assaulted. When the witnesses start dying mysteriously, she must unearth if they’re being targeted by a killer or something far more insidious.
The cast for the film includes Kourtney Bell (It Follows), Bryan Batt (Scream: The TV Series), Will Stout (Red Dead Redemption II), Skyler Hart (The Girl’s Guide to Depravity), Jeremy Holm (House of Cards), Jaqueline Fleming (Hell on the Border), Amanda Grace Benitez (The F**k-It List), Damon Lipari (Navy Seals vs. Zombies), Han Soto (Cobra Kai, Preacher), Dean J. West (The Hunt) and Stephen Twardokus (An American Ghost Story).
After penning a spec script for an episode of Fox’s The X-Files, Reddick partnered with Glen Morgan and James Wong to rewrite the script into a feature-length project that became the 2000 hit Final Destination and spawned a franchise of five films, of which he would only co-write and executive produce the first sequel while retaining a “Characters by” credit for the three follow-ups. He would later pen the script for the 2008 loose remake of George A. Romero’s Day of the Dead and the 2016 psychological horror Dead Awake.
