Mark Margolis has joined the cast of Darren Aronofsky’s Noah opposite Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Saoirse Ronan, Douglas Booth, Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins and Kevin Durand.
Noah is a close adaptation of the Biblical story of Noah’s Ark. In a world ravaged by human sin, Noah is given a divine mission: to build an Ark to save creation from the coming flood.
Margolis, who recently received an Emmy Nomination for his role as Hector “Tio” Salamanca on AMC’s “Breaking Bad,” has the distinction of having worked on all of Darren Aronofsky’s films, including Pi, Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, The Wrestler and Black Swan.
Noah is currently in production in Iceland, planning for a March 28, 2014 release.
