Deadline reports that John Leguizamo has joined the cast of Ridley Scott’s The Counselor and Jeff Wadlow’s Kick-Ass 2.
The site says that “In The Counselor, hell play a low level drug dealer, in a Cormac McCarthy-scripted film that stars Michael Fassbender, Brad Pitt, Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz. In Kick-Ass 2, hell play Javier, the bodyguard assigned to protect aspiring evil guy Red Mist, the role to be reprised by Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Aaron Johnson and Chloe Moretz are back along with Nicolas Cage.”
There are no release dates for either project yet.
