Warner Bros. has plans to develop Temple of Heaven, an action adventure project based in Chinese mythology, Deadline reports. The idea began with producer Jason Reed and the film has now entered the scripting stage with Chad St. John taking on writing duties.
Details are few on the plot of Temple, but its new scribe has another project currently headed to the big screen in Motor City. Also set up at Warner Bros., that film will be directed by Albert Hughes with Gerard Butler, Amber Heard and Gary Oldman attached to star.
