Jurassic Park is returning to theaters with a full 3D conversion on July 19, 2013, Universal Pictures announced today.
Next summer marks the 20th anniversary of Steven Spielberg’s now-classic adaptation of Michael Crichton’s novel, featuring a cast that includes Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Richard Attenborough and many more.
The announcement also moves up the planned release of Joseph Kosinski’s (TRON: Legacy) new sci-fi tale Oblivion to April 26, 2013. That film stars Tom Cruise, Andrea Riseborough, Olga Kurylenko, Morgan Freeman and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and is based on Kosinski’s own Radical Publishing comic book.
