Cameron Crowe’s next, We Bought a Zoo, hits theaters on December 23rd and marks his first film since 2005’s Elizabethtown. USA Today has just published a feature on the project, along with five newly-released images from the production.
Based on the memoir by Benjamin Mee, the film stars Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson as a couple who purchase a dilapidated zoo and try to restore it to its former glory. Thomas Haden Church, Colin Ford, Angus MacFadyen and John Michael Higgins also star.
