Demi Moore is the latest addition to the R-Rated ensemble comedy Rock That Body
Demi Moore has, according to a story today at Deadline, become the latest addition to the Rock That Body cast. Sony Pictures‘ R-rated comedy ensemble is already set to star Scarlett Johansson (The Avengers, Lucy), Jillian Bell (The Night Before, Workaholics), Ilana Glazer (Broad City, The Night Before), Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live, Ghostbusters) and Zoë Kravitz (X-Men: First Class, Mad Max: Fury Road).

Lucia Aniello and Paul W. Downs’ Rock That Body script initially landed on the 2015 Black List of unproduced screenplays with the following logline:
“Five friends rent a beach house in Miami for a bachelorette weekend and accidentally kill a male stripper.”
The project, which will shoot for a hard R rating, has also been described as The Hangover meets Weekend at Bernie’s.
Sony Pictures picked up the Rock That Body script last summer. Broad City‘s Aniello and Downs will produce through their Paulilu banner with Matt Tolmach and Dave Becky. Aniello is attached to direct the movie and Downs will co-star. Aniello and Downs are also said to be working together with Sony Pictures on an Untitled Female 21 Jump Street spinoff.
Coming up, Moore can next be seen in director Michael Mailer’s romantic drama Blind and early next year in the Tabrez Noorani drama Love Sonia.
Love Sonia is now in production and is targeting a June 23, 2017 release.
