Judd Apatow has chosen his next project to write, direct and produce for Universal Pictures. The studio has set a release date of June 1, 2012 for the film being referred to as the “Untitled Judd Apatow Comedy.”
No plot details were revealed.
While it has no direct competition at this time, other releases around that date include Men in Black III (May 25, 2012) and John Carter of Mars (June 8, 2012).
Apatow’s directing credits include The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up and Funny People.
