During the San Diego Comic Con four minutes of footage from In Time was released online (watch it here). Tonight, the first official trailer for the film has arrived. I’ve heard a lot of good buzz after people watched the first video, will this one perform as well?
Directed by Andrew Niccol (Lord of War), In Time stars Justin Timberlake as Will Salas. Will has been falsely accused of murder and is forced to figure out a way to bring down a system where time is money – literally – enabling the wealthy to live forever while the poor, like Will, have to beg, borrow, and steal enough minutes to make it through another day.
The film co-stars Amanda Seyfried, Cillian Murphy, Vincent Kartheiser, Alex Pettyfer, Johnny Galecki and Olivia Wilde and is set to hit theaters on October 28. While I have a hard time believing this new 2:30 minute trailer could include much that wasn’t seen in the previous video, it may be cut a little tighter and pack a little more energy.
