IESB.net talked to 300 and Watchmen director Zack Snyder about his next live-action film, Sucker Punch, which he’s described as “an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ with machine guns.”
Snyder says they are casting the R-rated film right now before moving up to Canada in June for pre-production.
Snyder confirmed that they are talking to Mamma Mia! star Amanda Seyfried to play one of the five lead female roles.
“I don’t know, I mean, she’s got some other obligations and we’re just trying to figure that out,” he said, adding, “I think we’re looking at, like, what I would consider a lot of great, really great girls. Because it’s all girls so it’s like, yeah.”
