Angela Bassett and Noah Wyle have joined the cast of Yari Film Group’s Nothing But the Truth, a thriller from writer/director Rod Lurie.
Production began in Memphis earlier this month. The cast includes Kate Beckinsale, Matt Dillon, Alan Alda, Vera Farmiga, Harry Lennix and David Schwimmer.
Bassett will portray the editor-in-chief at a Washington-based daily newspaper where one of her reporters has outed a CIA agent in a piece and been imprisoned for refusing to reveal her source. Wyle plays the paper’s inhouse counsel.
