What to Expect in Terrifier 3?
David Howard Thornton returns as Art the Clown, the murderous antagonist of the Terrifier franchise. According to Terrifier 3’s official synopsis, “Art the Clown is set to unleash another round of chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve.”
Returning cast members include Lauren LaVera as Sienna Shaw, Samantha Scaffidi as Victoria Heyes, Elliot Fullam as Jonathan Shaw, and Chris Jericho as Burke. Daniel Roebuck will star in the role of Santa Claus.
Under Dark Age Cinema Productions, Terrifier 3 is written and directed by Damien Leone. Producers include Michael Leavy, Jason Leavy, George Steuber, and Steve Della Salla. Lisa Falcone, Brad Miska, Brandon Hill, Erick Opeka, Matthew Helderman, and Luke Taylor will executive produce.
Released in 2016, Terrifier was a small hit that developed a cult-like following. The sequel, 2022’s Terrifier 2, took the franchise to new heights. On a rumored budget of $250,000, Terrifier 2 made just over $15 million at the box office.
After Terrifier 3’s theatrical run, Cineverse will film across all platforms, including its horror streaming service, Screambox.
