Warner Bros has revealed a small change in the release date for Ishnana Night Shyamalan’s thriller The Watchers.
New The Watchers Release Date
The trailer for the film arrived earlier this week with a release date of June 7, 2024, but now it’s been pushed back a week to June 14, 2024. That gives it a Father’s Day release date.
“The film follows Mina, a 28-year-old artist, who gets stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland. When Mina finds shelter, she unknowingly becomes trapped alongside three strangers who are watched and stalked by mysterious creatures each night. You can’t see them, but they see everything.”
The Watchers is written and directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan, who is the daughter of M. Night Shyamalan. M. Night Shyamalan produces the movie alongside Ashwin Rajan and Nimitt Mankad, while Jo Homewood and Stephen Dembitzer serve as executive producers.
Along with Fanning, the movie stars Georgina Campbell, Oliver Finnegan, and Olwen Fouere.
Before The Watchers, Ishana Night Shyamalan worked with her father on the Apple TV+’s Servant, writing and directing several episodes of the show. She alsoi has directed her sister, Saleka, in a handful of music videos.
