Picturestart and Tango have signed up Alison Brie and Dave Franco to star in Michael Shanks upcoming feature-length horror movie Together.

Details are scarce on the story, but we do know that The film is about the horror of co-dependency told ”in a unique way”.
Franco and Brie are married in real life, so they’ll no doubt be tapping into their knowledge of each other for the project.
It’s not the first time the couple have worked together on a film as they starred in The Little Hours, The Disaster Artist, and The Rental.
Brie also starred in Franco’s 2023 romantic comedy Somebody That I Used to Know. That film was about Ally (played by Brie), a TV producer who questions all of her life choices when she returns to her hometown and reunites with an ex-boyfriend.
Currently, Brie is about to star in the Peacock limited series Apples Never Fall with Sam Neill and Annette Bening. Franco just attended Sundance for Love Lies Bleeding with co-star Kristen Stewart.
Michael Shanks is a first-time writer-director and will write and direct with Picturestart, Tango, 1.21, Princess Pictures Franco, and Brie producing. Tango, Picturestart, and 30West are financing.
