The Anatomy of a Fall trailer has been revealed for the new movie that won the Palme d’Or at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.
This French thriller movie is about “Sandra, a German writer, [who] is arrested for murder in France following her husband’s death in the snow under mysterious circumstances,” according to the official synopsis. “Having the couple’s blind son as the only witness of her husband’s death, Sandra tries to prove her innocence during the trial.”

When is the Anatomy of a Fall release date?
The movie releases theatrically in France on August 23, 2023. It will screen at TIFF and NYFF before arriving in theaters later this fall on October 13, 2023.
The cast includes Sandra Hüller, Swann Arlaud, Milo Machado-Graner, Antoine Reinartz, Samuel Theis, Jehnny Beth, Saadia Bentaieb, Camille Rutherford, Anne Rotger, and Sophie Fillières.
Anatomy of a Fall is directed by Justine Triet and written by Triet and Arthur Harari.
