Earlier this week, ComingSoon.net broke the news that the recently-delayed Jurassic Park 4 is back on track and targeting a 2015 release. Today, JoBlo has an alleged plot description for the much anticipated big screen sequel.
As teased by director Colin Trevorrow in May, the site claims that the new adventure will return the action to Isla Nublar, the island upon which the first film took place (as opposed to Isla Sorna, which appeared in The Lost World and Jurassic Park III). There, a new Jurassic Park is already up and running as a successful theme park attraction with new, “tame” versions of some familiar dinosaurs. All is going well until a new (still unknown) dinosaur wreaks havoc.
JoBlo has some additional details, which can be read by clicking here, but beware of potential spoilers for the sequel.
As to how long we have to wait before these plot details are verified is anyone’s guess, but the “rebooted” theme park idea certainly matches with the teaser poster simply referring to the film as “Jurassic Park.” As always, check back for details as soon as they become available.
