Bill Granger’s political thriller novel series comes to the big screen this week with director Roger Donaldson’s The November Man (based on the ninth book in the series, “There Are No Spies”). It also returns Pierce Brosnan to the action genre, teaming him with co-stars Olga Kurylenko (Oblivion) and Luke Bracey (the upcoming Point Break remake).
In The November Man, Brosnan plays Peter Devereaux, a retired CIA operative who winds up getting pulled back into an international conspiracy and forced to protect a key witness in Kurylenko’s Alice Fournier.
ComingSoon.net sat down with Brosnan and Kurylenko to talk about the new film, the challenge of building characters in a story filled with twists and turns and the potential for The November Man to expand into a franchise. Check it all out in the player below and catch the film in theaters August 27.
