After the success of Men in Black 3, the obvious move was for the series to continue on. However, due to busy schedules and creative differences, no one really knew how this was going to happen. Thankfully, the future of the Men in Black franchise has finally become clear: a spinoff, titled Men in Black: International, will see new characters Agent H and agent M—a top agent and a new recruit over at MIB: UK—join familiar faces Agent O and Frank the Pug for a brand-new adventure.
With the upcoming release of Men in Black: International, it’s a lot of fun thinking back on some of the most interesting gadgets the MIB universe has to offer. Weapons, tech, tactical equipment—all have had plenty of time to shine throughout the franchise, but few stand out quite as much as the ones we’ve compiled below. No matter who’s handling them—Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, Chris Hemsworth, or Tessa Thompson—these are the best gadgets from the Men in Black universe.

1987 Ford LTD Crown Victoria
Also known as the Ford POS, a term coined by Agent J in the first film, this old busted joint can fly, drive on walls, and also boasts a menacing red button to help avoid traffic.

2003 E-500 Mercedes
Also known as “New Hotness,” Agent K’s replacement car comes equipped with a huge built-in neuralyzer, a PS2 controller for a steering wheel, and flying capabilities as well.

These weapons are practically universal in the world of Men in Black. Used by aliens and earthlings alike, these weapons are basically guns that utilize fission instead of bullets.

The primary mode of communication for Men in Black agents, these devices have come in all kinds of different shapes and sizes throughout the franchise. One thing remains clear, though: they’re essential pieces of equipment for these Agents.

Probably the most iconic gadget from the Men in Black universe, the neuralyzer wipes the memory of any bystanders who happen to witness the Men in Black at work. With a bright flash, the neuralyzer leaves any witnesses with nothing but a bit of deja vu.
