EX NCT member Lucas Wong is all set for his solo era. The SM Entertainment’s artist is re-launching his K-pop career with a solo single and a fan meeting tour across Asia.
Lucas Wong, aka Wong Yuk-hei, started his K-pop career with the SM Rookies project on April 5, 2017. Lucas’ charismatic persona and exceptional dancing skills made him a fan favorite soon after. The K-pop artist joined NCT 2018 projects and officially debuted with the studio album NCT 2018 Empathy.
Since then, Lucas joined SM Entertainment’s Billboard 200 topping group SuperM and NCT’s sub-unit WayV. After two years of hiatus, the K-pop star left NCT and WayV in 2023.
Lucas Wong Tour 2024 reveals dates for Asia locations
Former NCT star Lucas Wong will be touring through Asia after dropping his solo single “Renegade.” The 25-year-old icon has revealed the first set of dates for his Asia tour in 2024, teasing that more dates will be added to the list.
Lucas Wong’s 2024 tour dates include:
- April 13, 2024: Hong Kong, China
- May 11, 2024: Jakarta, Indonesia
- June 2, 2024: Taipei, Taiwan
- June 15, 2024: Manila, Philippines
Lucas is making his solo debut with the single “Renegade” on April 1, 2024, at 6 p.m. KST/ 5 a.m. ET/ 2 a.m. PT. Fans can pre-save the single before the release on the official website.

The singer sports long hair in all of the new promo images and uses the light and shadow play in the latest poster of “Renegade.”
Before his fresh start to K-pop, Lucas addressed the controversy leading to his hiatus in two documentaries, Freeze and Unfreeze.
In Freeze, Lucas apologizes to fans, saying, “Honestly, I did the things I did in the past because I really was out of my mind.”
In Unfreeze, he seemed hopeful about a new future. The singer gushed over the support he has received from people. He admitted: “What I realized for the first time was I have so many good people around me. Although I’ll work hard as a solo artist, I could feel for the first time that the staff was constantly helping me.”
