Episode 20 of Run BTS, titled, “Taste of Korea” is one of the funniest and most endearing episodes of the variety show. It showcases the cooking talents of all seven members of BTS. In this episode, all members come together to cook at the same time in one kitchen.
Whether it’s Jin adding an abundance of sesame seeds to the bowl of food or it’s RM aka Kim Namjoon trying to strain some noodles out by putting his hands inside a pot of boiling water or Jungkook making sticky yams, so sticky that they struck to the plate or V aka Kim Taehyung paying no attention whatsoever to the taste of the food and pouring his heart only into the presentation, the members make the entire episode a chaotic-bliss for ARMY.
Episodes 30 to 31: “Variety Shows of Memories”
“Variety Shows of Memories”, this two-part Run BTS episode displays all members of the group getting the opportunity to recreate some of the most classic games from 2000’s Korean variety shows of all time. In this episode, each and every member of BTS is dressed in a perfectly era-appropriate costume.
Some of the most lovable and absorbing moments from this episode include Jungkook’s twerking rendition of “Crazy in Love” by Beyoncé and all the members trying their absolute best to perfect every single lyric to “Tomato Song”, a popular Korean nursery rhyme after they just wake up from a deep a nap.
Episodes 83 to 85: “Summer Outing”
These collective episodes, titled, “Summer Outing” are most definitely fan-favorites. Most of the episodes of Run BTS are shot in various studios of HYBE. However, in this particular three-part episode, the members get to visit a water park.
In the park, BTS members go down water slides, play water polo, and win a massive and slippery challenge. One of the biggest highlights of this episode is V shouting “BTS forever” as he slides down into the water. The gift exchange and meal at the episode’s end put a cherry on top of an extremely fun group outing.
Episodes 97 to 98: “Pajama Party”
“Pajama Party” is another enthralling Run BTS episode that lives in ARMY’s minds rent-free. It is a natural booster for one’s energy and mood. In this episode, all seven BTS members get into their light and comfortable pajamas. They also get to lounge around while playing some fun games.
The biggest highlight of the episode is the moment when the members play a rhythm and focus called Animal Kingdom. It is highly amusing and delightful to watch and feels like a warm hug for the fans.
