Do-Hyun plays Hwang Hee-Tae, the pride of Gwangju, who gets a chance at SNU to read about medicine. After a certain turn of events, he meets Kim Myung-Hee. They fall in love in the process. But by the end of the drama, Myung-Hee dies of a gunshot, leaving Hee-Tae and his love for her behind.

Do you believe in love at first sight? Snowdrop is one of the heartwrenching, absolute tear-jerker K-dramas on an incomplete love story between Young-Ro and Soo-Ho. BLACKPINK’s Jisoo plays Eun Young-Ro, and Jung Hae-In portrays Lim Soo-Ho.

After meeting for a brief moment on a blind date, Young-Ro sees a bloody Soo-Ho coming up her window in her hostel. Despite knowing his actual identity, she takes care of Soo-Ho and works with him. (Spoilers ahead), But in the end, Soo-Ho dies amid a political misunderstanding, leaving Young-Ro all alone in her journey.

Twenty-Five Twenty-One

Not all love stories get their happy endings. Twenty-Five Twenty-One is a K-drama on an incomplete love story. Kim Tae-Ri plays Na Hee-Do, and Nam Joo-Hyuk portrays Baek Yi-Jin. Hee-Do is an aspiring fencer, while Yi-Jin works at a media house.

Over time, after facing a lot of hardships, they fall madly in love with each other. However, Hee-Do and Yi-Jin grew distant from one another and eventually parted ways in the most painful ways. The scene where Yi-Jin congratulates Hee-Do for her marriage is heartbreaking.

Big Mouth

Big Mouth is a thriller drama. Starring Lee Jong-Suk and Yoon-A in the lead, the drama revolves around an unsuccessful lawyer, Park Chang-Ho, who gets involved in a huge drug raquet. He gets framed for illegal things and is sent to prison.

However, in the meantime, his wife Go Mi-Ho (Yoon-A) is a nurse and his ultimate strength. But when she is diagnosed with cancer, he is left with nothing to lose. He fights back with Mi-Ho’s help. But in the end, she dies. It might be a crime thriller drama, but it is based on Chang-Ho and Mi-Ho’s incomplete love story.
