Episode 17 of The Two Sisters aired on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, on KBS2. Viewers of the K-drama have been eagerly waiting to learn how the new episode unfolds as the previous episode ended quite dramatically. Lee San-Deul (Park Shin-Woo) sees Bae Do-Eun (Ha Yeon-Joo) out of the art center and recognizes her as the woman of his dreams, whom he met at his stepsister’s wedding for the first time.

The Two Sisters episode 17: Bae Do-Eun is in serious trouble
The Two Sisters episode 17 begins right from the end of episode 16. After Lee San-Deul sees Bae Do-Eun aka Lee Hye-Ji on the street, he gets quite excited and nervous at the same time as she is her dream woman. He almost gets into an accident from his nervousness. Lee San-Deul then goes on to talk to his stepsister Lee Hye-Won about the incident and expresses his love for the mystery woman.
Lee Hye-Won is completely unaware of the fact that the woman is none other than Bae Do-Eun. Later on, in episode 17 of The Two Sisters, Lee Hye-Won and his husband Yoon Ji-Chang have a heart-to-heart conversation. Yoon Ji-Chang tells his wife that he cannot handle watching his father and Bae Do-Eun together.
The two then go for a walk in nature. Outside of the house, they talk to Yoon Ji-Chang’s mother Oh Soo-Hyang on the phone. After their conversation, Yoon Ji-Chang feels emotional and asks his wife for forgiveness. He apologizes for his earlier behavior after his mother left the house.
In the meantime, in The Two Sisters episode 17, Kim Myeong-Ae decides to properly look after Bae Do-Eun. She wants to take care of her check-ups during her pregnancy. She has no idea that Bae Do-Eun is not pregnant in reality and has forged the pregnancy report. Thus, Kim Myeong-Ae calls their family doctor to make an appointment for Bae Do-Eun’s pregnancy check-up. She then goes on to call Bae Do-Eun to tell her about the check-up schedule.
Therefore, episode 17 of the ongoing K-drama The Two Sisters sees Bae Do-Eun falling into her own trap. After Kim Myeong-Ae strictly tells her to follow her instructions, she goes to the hospital in complete fear. She knows that if the doctor checks her condition, everyone will know that she has been faking the pregnancy.
At the end of the episode, to avoid the check-up session at the hospital, Bae Do-Eun makes the doctor fall over her. Thus, she creates an uneasy scene at the hospital.
