Alienoid Part 2 is a highly anticipated South Korean movie that will debut in January 2024. CJ ENM will distribute the movie. It is a sci-fi action film and a sequel to the hit 2022 movie Alienoid. Famous South Korean director Choi Dong-Hoon is the writer and director of the upcoming movie. It has a star-studded lead cast, including Kim Woo-Bin, Ryu Jun-Yeol, and Kim Tae-Ri, among others.
CJ ENM has launched a new trailer for Alienoid Part 2 this Monday, December 11, 2023. The trailer has revealed that the movie will be released in South Korea on January 10, 2024.
Alienoid Part 2: Release Date, cast & more
The South Korean sequel movie, Alienoid Part 2, will premiere on January 10, 2024, in South Korea. It will continue the epic saga of humans and monks revolving around time travel. The second part will show the special monks and humans attempting to rescue and save everybody by returning to the present time.
Meanwhile, the ruthless battle for the brand-new sword will unveil a series of hidden and mysterious secrets. The movie will center around eight prime characters: Mureuk, Lee Ahn, Thunder, Min Gae-In, Ja-Jang, Heug-Seol, Neung-Pa, and Cheong-Woon. Mureuk will gradually grow and become a master of real magic, while Thunder is the one who will open the door of time. Moreover, Lee Ahn will try to go into the future to protect others.
Apart from Kim Woo-Bin as Thunder, Ryu Jun-Yeol as Mureuk, and Kim Tae-Ri as Lee Ahn, the main cast list of Alienoid Part 2 also includes Kim Eui-Sung as Ja-Jang, Yum Jung-Ah as Heug-Seol, Lee Hanee as Min Gae-In, Jin Seon-Kyu as Neung-Pa and Jo Woo-Jin as Cheong-Woon.
