Telugu star Ravi Teja is currently on a roll. The actor has been giving away significant releases since 2023 and still has several movies in his kitty. However, his latest film, Eagle, has become the point of discussion because it saw the star in a new light. The movie opened to mixed reviews but with decent box office numbers. While many liked the film’s plot, others were not convinced that the storyline was unique. Yet, after four days in the theaters, the film recorded its major dip.
Eagle follows the story of an infamous assassin who goes on a mission to bust down an illegal arms trade. For his mission, he disguises himself as a cotton farmer. However, during his quest to bust the trade, he faces many challenges. Anupama Parameswaran plays the role of journalist Nalini in the film, while Kavya Thapar portrays Rachana, Teja’s love interest. Navdeep, Srinivas Avasarala, Madhoo, Vinay Rai, Srinivasa Reddy, and others play supporting characters in the movie.
Karthik Gattamneni wrote and directed the movie, while People Media Factory produced it. Eagle faced a major delay at the box office. It was set to have a release ahead of Sankranti but was postponed.
