After delivering three blockbuster hits in 2023, it seems like Shah Rukh Khan is now gearing up to join the Rocking Star Yash in his upcoming project titled Toxic. For those unaware, the KGF actor Yash is all set to collaborate with Geetu Mohandas in the impending gangster-based film.
Since the announcement, the film has been the talk of the town among the audience. The conversation is fueled by the recent speculations surrounding Shah Rukh Khan joining the Toxic Cast. Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time when a Pan-Indian star is expected to be part of the Yash and Geethu coalition.
Earlier, Kareena Kapoor was also rumored to be part of this project along with Yash. However, there is currently no such confirmation from the maker’s side yet for the involvement of Kareena in the female lead.
In December last year, the KGF star disclosed the title Toxic for his next film. Yash announced this title through an Instagram video. He also added a special message stating, “‘What you seek is seeking you’ – Rumi A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups #TOXIC.
Shah Rukh Khan’s extended cameo in Yash Toxic
According to the latest reports, King Khan has recently been approached for an extended cameo in the Yash gangster-based film. The report stated, “It’s an author-backed role and not one of those just added for a gimmick. There is a proper track for the character which has been offered to SRK, and the makers are hoping to have him on board,”
Further, the report added that the character for which SRK is approached is powerful and surely affirms his presence.
The Jawan actor already played a cameo role in Salman Khan’s last year film, Tiger 3. So it will not be a surprise for fans to see his other cameo in Toxic.
However, now only time will tell whether these reports come to fruition or not.
