Hrithik Roshan‘s Fighter is gearing up for its highly anticipated release on Republic Day week.
Siddharth Anand directed Fighter, with Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures producing it. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor in lead roles, as well as Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi, Sanjeev Jaiswal, and Rishabh Sawhney, among others.
The filmmakers plan to release Fighter on January 25, 2024, marking the first film in a planned aerial action franchise. Recent reports have revealed the details of the actors’ fees for starring in the action movie.

Hrithik Roshan will lead the cast in Fighter, portraying the role of Squadron Leader Shamsher ‘Patty’ Pathania. As per reports, the actor has charged a whopping $6 million (approx.) as fees for the role.
Deepika Padukone, portraying Squadron Leader Minal ‘Minni‘ Rathore, has reportedly charged $1.8 million (approx.) Anil Kapoor, portraying Group Captain Rakesh Jai ‘Rocky’ Singh, is another lead actor in the cast. According to reports, the actor received $843 thousand (approx.) for the role.
Among the supporting cast, Karan Singh Grover will portray the role of Squadron Leader Sartaj ‘Taj’ Gil. The actor has reportedly charged $240,000 (approx.) as fees for his role. Akshay Oberoi, portraying the role of Squadron Leader Basheer ‘Bash’ Khan, has reportedly charged $120,000 (approx.) as a fee for the aerial action movie.
The trailer for the movie premiered on January 15, 2024. The over-three-minute-long trailer was full of several high-octane action sequences along with an introduction with the ‘top aviators’ of the Indian Air Force, Patty and Minni. The movie oozes feelings of patriotism with the quick cuts, breathtaking aerial action, emotional background score, and strong dialogue.
