A recently launched six-part romance comedy, Half Love Half Arranged, starring Karan Wahi and Maanvi Gagroo, has taken the internet by storm since its release on October 12, 2023. Half Love Half Arranged: Does it have a happy ending?
The series revolves around the life of Riya Tanwar, a 30-year-old gynaecologist, who after a painful breakup from a long-term relationship, decided to venture into the world of arranged marriages. This transition throws her life into chaos, and as the story unfolds, fans get to witness her journey of self-discovery and newfound love.
Riya’s journey into the world of arranged marriages is filled with awkward meetings with unsuitable suitors, leaving her questioning the existence of good men. However, her modern values and the unwavering support of her close-knit family encourage her to seek a partner who understands her and values their respective families.
Then enters Jogi Honda, played by Karan Wahi, a character who redefines the notion of an ideal partner. Jogi’s charm and confidence draw Riya towards him, and their love story takes center stage. However, just when it seems like the perfect happy ending is within reach, the show leaves it on a cliffhanger.
(Spoilers) In the end, Riya’s friend tells her that Jogi has been keeping something from her and plays a clip for her. She runs to meet Jogi in a cafe and is astonished to discover him playing with a young girl. The story ends up igniting doubt among fans that maybe Jogi has a daughter.
