Announcing the Requiem FearFest, a component of Montreals ground-breaking Malefycia Festival and House of Horrors. Last year over 1800 brave souls visited Malefycias House of Horrors and this year, Malefycia will run for two weeks, from October 20th – 23rd and 27th – 30th, while Requiem will take place from October 28 to the 30th.
The Requiem FearFest will provide fans with the best independent horror shorts and feature films and will be open to submissions as of June 1st. Go HERE for more info.
And, to get fans excited, the Requiem FearFest team (which is led by Digger Films’ Steve Villeneauve, the force behind the upcoming EVIL DEAD doc HAIL TO THE DEADITES) have announced their first celebrity guests in the Ladies of the EVIL DEAD.
Tons more guests and news to come but, in addition to the legendary FANTASIA fest, Requiem FearFest looks like one the best reasons horror fans have for considering a move to Montreal. Or at least a long visit…
