Absurd black comedy SWISS ARMY MAN unleashes wild new Red Band trailer.
More farts! More boners! More weirdness!
Directors Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwans absurdist black (brown?) comedy SWISS ARMY MAN (read our first report here) is getting set for its June 17th release and A24 films have just upped the dead-arse ante with this wayyyyy out there Red Band trailer.
Have a look!
We havent seen the film but have heard plenty of great things about its singularity and bold vision. In it, Paul Dano (THERE WILL BE BLOOD) plays a troubled man who finds a flatulent zombie (Daniel Radcliffe) on the beach, befriends him and embarks on a wild adventure to find true love. Oh yeah, and the zombie has a hard-on that the pair use as a compass.
And though its not horror, it seems perfect for SHOCKs audience, those of us who constantly search for the new, unique, bizarre and unclassifiable.
Visit the film’s official site for more info.
(And incidentally, the song featured in the trailer is by the band Manchester Orchestra and is performed by Dano and Radcliffe!)
