If historical pattern is anything to go by, then this week well start to see the full daily schedules for Julys San Diego Comic-Con 2015. Ahead of such, multiple studios have already revealed their plans and panel details. Most excitingly among them: Legendary is bringing Michael Doughertys long, long awaited Trick r Treat follow-up, Krampus.
Legendary has announced theyll take over the San Diego Convention Centers now storied Hall H on Saturday, July 11th at 2:30 p.m. Frequent Hall H moderator Chris Hardwick (Nerdist) will host the panel, which brings looks at Doughertys Krampus, Guillermo del Toros haunted opus Crimson Peak and Warcraft, the anticipated video game adaptation from Moons Duncan Jones. Who exactly will be on hand for the event is yet to be confirmed, but filmmakers are safe bet. del Toro is surely one of the lords of Comic-Con, his foul-mouthed introspection always a delight. His Crimson Peak of course stars SDCC vet Tom Hiddleston, as well as Jessica Chastain, Charlie Hunnam and Mia Wasikowska. Krampus, a horror-comedy about the pagan holiday creature stars Adam Scott and David Koechner. Warcraft stars Ben Foster, Paula Patton and motherfucking Clancy Brown.
Meanwhile, Sony Screen Gems will bring Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and Patient Zero to the convention. Also featuring on Saturday, July 11th, the panel will feature talent from Pride and Prejudice and Zombies including Lily James, Sam Riley, Bella Heathcote, Douglas Booth, Jack Huston, and Matt Smith, along with director Burr Steers, and the books author Seth Grahame-Smith.
Screen Gems will also be debuting exclusive first look footage from pandemic horror Patient Zero during the same panel which stars Matt Smith and Natalie Dormer will present along with the films director Stefan Ruzowitzky and screenwriter Mike Le.
San Diego Comic-Con gets underway Thursday, July 9th-Sunday, July 12th at the San Diego Convention Center. Shock, as well as sister sites ComingSoon and SuperHeroHype will be very much on hand throughout.
