Full Details: Angst, the infamous Austrian home invasion horror on Blu

Cult Epics have revealed full details on the coming Blu-ray and DVD for Gerald Kargl’s Angst, a notorious, incredible film that’s largely gone unreleased on home video.

Graphic and entirely unhinged, the 1983 home invasion horror is also a technical marvel with Kargl and cinematographer Zbigniew Rybcynski’s camerawork mirroring the main character’s psychotic state. This, coupled with lead Erwin Leder’s performance, makes Angst quite the experience. It’s truly a moment that this film is hitting in a great package, as well as touring theaters beginning this Friday, June 12th.

Angst is on DVD & Blu August 18th. This is a crucial home invasion film and a spectacular experience. Below, find the new trailer (which is quite lengthy, for those who wish to remain less informed on the film’s turns) and full rundown.
