Waxwork Records has the best of 2014 on lock. As the label gears up to release Jonathan Snipes’ seductive score for Hollywood horror Starry Eyes, they’ve announced the vinyl for Jed Kurzel’s work on The Babadook.
Once you’re able to pull your ears away from the creatures incessant chanting (Dook..Dook..Doooook), it’s clear Kurzel’s accompaniment to Jennifer Kent’s stellar horror film is a beautiful, fantastical one. No date just yet aside from “Coming Soon,” but surely great news for fans and collectors, who would now be able to own the The Bababook, the stellar new Scream Factory Blu and the upcoming score package.
