Kurtzman himself will apply the iconic Freddy Krueger make-up to attending actor Robert Englund “one last time” (!) for the horror convention. Fans dropping in on the show – which takes place August 8th-10th – will be able to participate in a photo op with Englund/Krueger, for a price, of course.
Proceeds will benefit the “Midway Drive-In Digital Projector Fund.”
Kurtzman is no stranger to the Nightmare franchise. He served on the FX team for A Nightmare On Elm Street 5: The Dream Child and Wes Craven’s New Nightmare.
