So, it sounds like they’re trying to tap into that success that followed The Mummy films. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it is a “family film,” however. I’ve read the script for Dracula Untold and, yes, it’s about Vlad and the impact his metamorphosis into the legend that is Dracula has on his family. But it’s still a supernatural journey that focuses heavily on Vlad.
